Ayurveda Cooking Immersion

You will learn how to recognize imbalances, how to cook meals that are balancing to the 3 doshas, and how to achieve balance through foods. Not only will you leave this course with an understanding of Ayurvedic principles to achieve optimal health, this immersion is designed to strengthen your awareness and connection to your mind/body through daily yoga asanas, controlled breathing, meditation and other mindful practices. By increasing this awareness, you will be better able to identify imbalances and allow your intuition to guide your cooking.

Spiritual Warrior Archery Course

The path of the Spiritual Warrior is to consistently prepare to face the universal enemy: self-ignorance. In this 6 day workshop you will employ archery, yoga and meditation to bring awareness to who you truly are. Awareness brings to the conscious mind the subtle message that something is not quite right with the way we are living. Follow this awareness into a conscious exploration of the self by deconstructing the labels, intentions, thoughts, images, words, emotions and feelings which are believed to be you.
